When women gather together in a sacred space and dive deep into the inner mysteries of the divine feminine, profound opening and healing can occur. 

Ritual Movement Arts™ is a movement and meditation-based method that works with the integration of embodiment practices to promote aliveness, ecstasy, and emotionally attuned living. These non-dualistic goddess earth wisdom-based teachings are rooted in the spiritual yoga traditions, including Tantra and modern-day somatic work.

Whether you're an accomplished healing arts practitioner or are just beginning your path into working with groups, the RMA sacred Dance Certification provides comprehensive training to doing deeply fulfilling work while helping individuals and the world heal the trauma the patriarchy has placed on our minds, bodies, spirits, and the planet.

Dance is one of the most ancient forms of devotional worship and ritual celebration as movement is life and life is motion! The human body itself is a powerful instrument of connection, communion, and expression is a microcosmic manifestation of the macrocosm, infused with the force of creation. Through intentional awareness and movement (dance), we can access this power and consciously work with and through it.

Given the cultural climate most of us have been raised in around sensuality and sexuality, and the personal and collective trauma-inducing experiences of life in the patriarchy… of course, we’re going to have resistance!
